if I am not mistaken, that one in the photo is Jessie Glova, one of Cebu's GREAT make up artists =)
i get to see his works at fashion shows of FTV bar tours here in Cebu :)

too centered but i like the smile you got on her, skintone is a match to her filipina beauty. Maybe if the Sto NIno figure was included would be better, to lead more credence to the event.

i very much agree with you, Sinulog is a very colorful festival and it is really nice to see and capture episodes of this wonderful festival...
well, the young man posed on his own when he saw me aiming my camera towards him, hehe! =)

it is a bit appalling though, most of the subjects of the photos of this album is composed in the right side of the exposure! hehe!
